When you place your order, you will receive an e-mail verifying that we have received your order.  When the order has been shipped, you will receive another e-mail with the tracking number for your order and the ship date.  Please note that orders are subject to product availability; if the item you order is out of stock we will send you an e-mail to that effect!  Again, if you have any questions you can call us and thanks for shopping at Berk's!

Return Policy
If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase Berks guarantees a full refund within one week for unworn shoes.

Shipping
Berks offers free standard shipping (4-7 business days) to anywhere within the continental United States. All orders sent internationally or placed outside the domestic United States are subject to a $20.00 charge. Need your shoes faster? Overnight shipping is available for $30.00 and 2-day delivery for $15.00.
