When the order has been shipped, you will receive another e-mail with the tracking number for your order and the ship date. Return Policy If for any reason you are unsatisfied with your purchase Berks guarantees a full refund within one week for unworn shoes.
Shipping Berks offers free standard shipping (4-7 business days) to anywhere within the continental United States. All orders sent internationally or placed outside the domestic United States are subject to a $20.00 charge. Need your shoes faster? Overnight shipping is available for $30.00 and 2-day delivery for $15.00.
